The tasty way to do oatmeal. With a blowtorch.
My only problem with this pic, is that I can't tell how big this bowl really is. I'm only sure it wouldn't be big enough. Here's a description from the chef/photographer:
"oatmeal made with water and steel cut oats, then topped with brown sugar and blowtorched for a crunchy brulee finish. served with blueberries, raspberries, and a little heavy cream."
